Families often arrive before their lease starts. List a furnished place with its open dates, total monthly price and pet rules, and it shows on the base page under “Temporary / furnished stays”. Free. Renters never pay us.

How a furnished stay goes live

  1. A person at Near Base Rentals reviews every stay before it shows, usually within 1 business day. Owners: we look up the county property record and compare the owner name with yours; managers: we check your company. We’ll email you when it’s live or if we need anything.
  2. Until it’s verified it shows an Unverified label, and your phone and email stay off the page. Renters send their dates through a form and we email them to you.
  3. Keep your dates current with the private link we email you, or take it down when it’s booked.
