How a house goes live

Owners: a person reviews it, usually within 1 business day. We look up the address in the county’s public property (tax) record; if the owner name matches yours, it goes live with a Verified badge. If it doesn’t match or the record isn’t online, we email you to ask for a tax bill, deed or management agreement, and it may go live meanwhile with an Unverified label. We’ll email you when it’s live.
Licensed property managers: use an email on your company’s own website domain (not Gmail or Yahoo) and enter the code we send. It goes live right away.
Renters reach you through a message form on your listing. We email their message to you; your phone and email stay off the page until you’re verified.
